ROW Management does not collect personal information about individual users except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, if you communicate with us by e-mail you are voluntarily providing us with your e-mail address, and if you fill out a user registration form, you are voluntarily providing us with the information you enter. We will use this information to communicate with you and, with respect to certain portions of our Web Site to which access is restricted, we will use it to decide whether to give you access.

Under certain circumstances, the disclosure of your personal information without prior notice to you may be required by law or court order or requested by governmental authorities, for example in connection with law enforcement activities or in response to a subpoena.
